Jennifer Capler is a multifaceted leader, visual artist, and spiritual practitioner dedicated to helping individuals and businesses flourish. Born into a family of intuitives, Jennifer's gifts as an empath support her mission to facilitate greater self-awareness and empowerment in her clients.
She is an Agape Licensed Spiritual Practitioner and Instructor at Agape University.

A visual artist since the age of two, Jennifer’s work has been displayed in public spaces and private collections worldwide. She earned her BFA in painting and printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University, with minors in art history and photography, and believes deeply in the power of creativity as a vehicle for expressing one's soul.
Jennifer is also an accomplished business leader with over 25 years of experience in leadership, hospitality, business strategy, and cultural development. She has held executive roles at prominent hospitality brands, including Mastro’s Restaurants and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, where her leadership drove groundbreaking growth, operational excellence, and talent retention.
She played a pivotal role in creating training materials, operational standards, and communication platforms, helping companies such as Fleming’s achieve industry-leading success. Her work has been recognized by Chain Leader, SMG, and Hospitality Technology, among others.
Through her workshops, coaching, and consulting, Jennifer brings a unique blend of creativity, spiritual insight, and strategic acumen. Based in Long Beach, CA, she enjoys the arts district, yoga, learning kite surfing, and beach life. Jennifer is passionate about integrating human potential, demonstrating that individuals can achieve their highest vision by aligning purpose, service, and joy.
