The source energy of electricity has always existed. The law of flight has always existed. Humans just had to evolve to a point and tap into the inspiration and knowledge to conceive of a lightbulb or a plane. They made conscious use of the Law.

In the same way, there are other Universal Laws that are always at work. The question then becomes, am I using the Law consciously or unconsciously?
